Job summary

Income Insurance Limited is seeking an Executive in Consumer GI Operations to support General Insurance Claims. You will assess and negotiate settlements within delegated authority and ensure prompt, fair settlements. You will liaise with surveyors, loss adjusters and service providers as needed to complete claims.

You will also elevate suspicious cases for investigation and assist the supervisor in preparing and analyzing exception and productivity reports to drive efficient claims processing.

Consumer GI Operations is a team that supports the General Insurance (GI) operations at Income. We played a key role in GI Consumer Business by supporting our stakeholders in Underwriting, Policy Servicing and Claims processing. As an Executive in Consumer GI Operations, General Insurance Claims, your key responsibilities include the following:-

• Assess and negotiate settlement of General Insurance claims within the approved delegated authority limit
• Ensure prompt, fair and reasonable claims settlement of claims
• Liaise with various external service providers such as surveyors, loss adjuster or assistance company where necessary
• To be vigilant and elevate suspicious case for further investigation
• To assist supervisor in preparing and analysing exception reports and daily productivity reports
