Job summary

Income Consumer GI Operations invites an Executive/Senior Executive to support General Insurance Claims, focusing on assessing and negotiating settlements within delegated authority. The role seeks prompt, fair settlements and collaboration with surveyors, loss adjusters, and assistance providers to ensure smooth claims processing.

Preferred candidates hold a Degree/Diploma and insurance certifications (BCP, PGI, ComGI), with 1–2 years in motor claims.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma holder in any field.
• Insurance certifications (BCP, PGI, ComGI) preferred.
• 1–2 years of working experience in the motor industry in a similar capacity preferred.
• Have good analytical, communication and negotiation skills.
• Service oriented with excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess and negotiate settlement of General Insurance claims within the approved delegated authority limit

Consumer GI Operations is a team that supports the General Insurance (GI) operations at Income. We played a key role in GI Consumer Business by supporting our stakeholders in Underwriting, Policy Servicing and Claims processing. As an Executive/Senior Executive in Consumer GI Operations, General Insurance Claims, your key responsibilities include the following:-

• Assess and negotiate settlement of General Insurance claims within the approved delegated authority limit
