Job summary

Income Insurance Limited is seeking an Executive in Consumer GI Operations to support General Insurance Claims. You will assess and negotiate settlements within delegated authority and ensure prompt, fair settlements. You will liaise with surveyors, loss adjusters and service providers as needed to complete claims.

You will also elevate suspicious cases for investigation and assist the supervisor in preparing and analyzing exception and productivity reports to drive efficient claims processing.

Qualifications

• Negotiation of General Insurance claims within delegated authority.
• Analytical assessment of claims for fair settlement.
• Liaison with surveyors, loss adjusters and service providers.

Responsibilities

• Assess and negotiate settlement of General Insurance claims within the approved delegated authority limit.
• Ensure prompt, fair and reasonable claims settlement of claims.
• Liaise with external service providers such as surveyors, loss adjuster or assistance company where necessary.
• Elevate suspicious cases for further investigation.
• Assist supervisor in preparing and analysing exception reports and daily productivity reports.
