Job summary

Income is seeking an Executive in Consumer GI Operations to support General Insurance Claims within our operations team in Singapore. You will assess and negotiate settlement of GI claims, under delegated authority limits, and ensure prompt, fair settlements.

You will liaise with external service providers such as surveyors and loss adjusters, stay vigilant for suspicious cases, and assist supervisors with exception and productivity reporting to improve daily operations.

• Ensure prompt, fair and reasonable claims settlement of claims
• Liaise with various external service providers such as surveyors, loss adjuster or assistance company where necessary
• To be vigilant and elevate suspicious case for further investigation
• To assist supervisor in preparing and analysing exception reports and daily productivity reports

Job description

Consumer GI Operations is a team that supports the General Insurance (GI) operations at Income. We played a key role in GI Consumer Business by supporting our stakeholders in Underwriting, Policy Servicing and Claims processing. As an Executive in Consumer GI Operations, General Insurance Claims, your key responsibilities include the following:-
