Job summary

LEVEL FOURTH PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Executive Manager to lead nightclub operations, delivering exceptional customer experience and profitable, safe venue performance during night shifts.

You will oversee opening/closing procedures, manage diverse teams, schedule staff, engage VIP guests, coordinate with DJs and suppliers, monitor finances, and drive promotions while ensuring compliance and high standards.

Qualifications

• Prior managerial experience in a nightclub, bar, lounge, entertainment venue, or similar hospitality environment is mandatory

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily nightclub operations, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure smooth venue functioning
• Manage, supervise, and motivate service, bar, floor, cashier, security, and support teams to maintain high performance
• Prepare and adjust staff schedules to ensure adequate manpower coverage for each operating night
• Maintain high standards of service quality, cleanliness, presentation, and overall customer experience
• Engage directly with customers and VIP guests to build relationships and resolve complaints professionally
• Coordinate logistics and communications with DJs, performers, promoters, suppliers, and external partners
• Monitor sales figures, inventory levels, cash-handling procedures, and control operating expenses effectively
• Support and implement promotions, events, and initiatives aimed at increasing attendance and revenue
• Ensure compliance with licensing requirements, workplace safety protocols, and company policies
• Make timely, calm operational decisions in a fast-paced environment to resolve issues promptly
• Recruit, train, evaluate, and discipline employees to build a competent and motivated workforce
• Provide regular operational and performance reports to senior management for informed decision-making

Required competencies and certifications

• Prior managerial experience in a nightclub, bar, lounge, entertainment venue, or similar hospitality environment is mandatory

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Strong leadership and people-management skills demonstrated through team supervision and motivation
• Excellent customer-service and conflict-resolution abilities applied in high-pressure hospitality settings
• Good understanding of nightclub operations, staffing, inventory management, and cost control practices
• Commercially minded with the ability to work independently and take responsibility for venue performance
• Ability to remain calm and decisive during busy operating hours
• Comfortable working late nights, weekends, public holidays, and irregular hours
• Good communication skills

Other Information

• Monthly salary up to S$8,000, based on experience and capability
