Job summary

Mapletree Industrial Trust is seeking a Leasing professional to manage a portfolio of industrial properties. The role focuses on maximizing occupancy, securing new tenants, and renewing leases through market analysis and proactive outreach.

The candidate should have a real estate background, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and a network within the industry to support leasing activities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Estate Management, Building, Business Marketing.
• 1 year of relevant experience in marketing and leasing.
• Sound understanding of the real estate industry with some network of contacts.
• Strong presentation, negotiation and effective interpersonal skills.
• Candidates who are registered as Salespersons under the Estate Agents Act (EAA) or possess qualifications equivalent to Real Estate Salesperson (RES) examination will have added advantage.
