Job summary

Singapore Health Services Pte Ltd (SingHealth HQ) through Asian HEAL seeks an experienced programme designer to shape the Graduate Certificate and EMHLM curricula and manage cross-disciplinary course development.

You will work with programme directors and faculty to design courses, advise on syllabi, and ensure alignment across Global Health and Healthcare Leadership & Management disciplines, including project work and thesis components.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in training or programme management.
Ability to engage with senior executives, faculty and teams across functions.
Excellent organizational and project management capabilities.
Willingness to travel within the region occasionally.

Responsibilities

Develop model, strategy, and curriculum map for Graduate Certificate and EMHLM programmes.
Advise and collaborate with faculty to design courses or syllabi across disciplines.
Design interdisciplinary courses such as Project Work or Thesis for EMHLM.
Conduct environmental scanning and needs analysis for new programmes.
Lead faculty development, quality assurance, and assessment design.
