Job summary

NTUC Health Co-operative Limited is seeking an Executive, IT Administration in Singapore to strengthen the IT department. Reporting to the Head of IT, this role goes beyond traditional admin work, acting as a force multiplier through structure, digital housekeeping, and AI-enabled workflows.

The successful candidate will own IT procurement, policy development, committee coordination, and IT training coordination, while driving efficiency and fast-paced execution across the team.

Qualifications

• Google productivity expert with strong command of Docs, Sheets and Slides.
• Able to leverage AI tools to draft, summarize, automate and brainstorm solutions.
• Meticulous and highly organized with a passion for structured digital housekeeping.
• Good judgment and ability to navigate ambiguity with minimal supervision.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and learning new systems.

Responsibilities

• Operational Backbone: manage end-to-end IT procurement, vendor coordination, and invoice tracking.
• Documentation Excellence: develop and maintain IT policies, SOPs, and TORs for committees.
• Committee Coordination: administrative anchor for steering committees, agendas, action items, and momentum.
• Learning & Development: act as IT training coordinator, organizing workshops and upskilling sessions.
• Visual Storytelling: create high-impact management slides for updates and showcases.
• Continuous Improvement: streamline workflows, automate tasks, and set new efficiency standards.
