HomeTeamNS is seeking an HR Generalist to support payroll, HR policies, staff engagement, training & development, compensation and benefits and employee programs in Singapore. You will manage the HRIS and confidential employee records, and serve as the main contact for employees’ HR queries.
The role requires a Degree/Diploma in HR or a relevant field and proven HR Generalist experience, with strong communication and the ability to work independently or in a team.
Undertake a wide range of HR tasks, facilitating the implementation of HR policies and supporting talent acquisition, staff engagement, training & development, compensation and benefits and employee programs. Responsible for the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) so as to ensure all employee records are up-to-date and confidential. Act as the main point of contact for employees’ queries on HR-related matters.
Administer the payroll process and maintain the accuracy.
Assist in the enhancement and implementation of Human Resource policies.
Ensure strict compliance with the Human Resources in-house SOP.
Support talent acquisition and recruitment processes
Conduct employee onboarding and follow through with the onboarding experience.
Support in coordinating the training & development programs.
Support in employees’ compensation and benefit plans.
Support in the annual staff engagement and welfare programmes.
Support in the HR surveys and market research
Support in the Audit requirements.
Provide support to employees in various HR-related matters.
Attend to staff enquiries and grievances, and help facilitate counselling and disciplinary procedures for staff.
Maintain the HRIS in the employee database, monitor the leave and claim management and the entire HR system, as well as the system’s technical issues.
Ensure compliance with labour regulations.
Maintain and update the organization’s documents in the proper e-filing system and retrieval.
Other HR & Admin tasks as assigned.
In charge of general administrative works, including processing the HR department’s procurement request for SAP processes.
Co-share with the HR team for the appointment of PDPA and Bizsafe Committee member.

Degree/Diploma in HR or relevant field
Proven experience as an HR Generalist
Proficient in payroll management
Understanding of general Human Resources policies and procedures
Good knowledge of Employment Act/Labour laws
Familiar with MS Office and/or HRIS systems
Excellent communication and people skills
Good problem-solving skills and high self-motivation.
Able to work independently as well as in a results-driven team
