Job summary

Morgan McKinley is partnering with a client to hire a highly organised Private Household Personal Assistant / Family PA to support the smooth day-to-day running of a private household and family affairs.

This trusted, proactive role requires Mandarin-English fluency, exceptional organisation, and discretion as you coordinate schedules, staff, travel, events and external vendors within a fast-paced home environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in private household or family PA roles.
• Diploma or equivalent qualification in any discipline.
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with family members, household staff and external parties.
• Strong organisational, multitasking and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proven experience coordinating household staff, vendors and multiple priorities.
• Highly proactive, adaptable and resourceful, with the ability to anticipate needs and work independently.
• Demonstrates maturity, professionalism and discretion when handling confidential matters.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily household operations, working closely with drivers, chefs, domestic helpers and external service providers.
• Manage family schedules, appointments, travel arrangements, personal errands and reservations.
• Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, vendor management, procurement and household inventory.
• Support children's school schedules, extracurricular activities, transportation and administrative matters.
• Plan and coordinate private events, family gatherings and special occasions.
• Act as the central point of communication between family members, household staff and external parties, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
• Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality, professionalism and discretion.
