We are looking for geotechnical engineers / executive geotechnical engineers / senior geotechnical engineers, who will be involved with the design aspects of these geotechnical works. Depend on the level of seniority, he/she would be involved with:* Planning ground investigations and performing ground characterizations thereafter,* Design concepts for the geotechnical works,* Carrying out analyses and designs for geotechnical works,* Carrying out appropriate design of structural nature where required,* Involving with co-ordinations and communications on the geotechnical works with developers, contractors, authorities as well as with engineers from other engineering disciplines,* Involving with technical management for carrying out geotechnical design works, among others.Appropriate guidance (as/when required) and knowledge sharing would be provided to all our engineers. **Requirements:*** Possess a Civil and Structural Engineering degree recognized by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore.* Prior working experiences in geotechnical engineering projects is preferred.* Familiar with using geotechnical design software, such as Plaxis, etc. is preferred.* Familiar with civil/geotechnical engineering designs in local Codes, Regulations and requirements, and Eurocodes.* Familiar with authority submission requirements for civil and geotechnical works, is preferred.* Conversant with statutory code and requirements for site supervision, quality control procedure and construction administration, is preferred.* Able to manage projects independently and work under tight datelines.At Surbana Jurong, we put talent, hard work, teamwork and a fun workplace together to approach problems and solve them creatively and collaboratively.
