Job summary

Singtel is seeking a Customer Marketing Manager in Singapore. You will translate Enterprise marketing priorities into high-impact customer engagement programmes that strengthen strategic relationships, generate insights and support pipeline progression.

You will connect account-level activation with CAC, executive roundtables, industry forums and CE/CXO engagements to deliver measurable business outcomes. You will partner with Sales, CST, Enterprise Product and senior leadership to ensure

Qualifications

Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related discipline.
6–9 years in B2B customer marketing, executive engagement, events or stakeholder management.
Experience with multi-stakeholder engagement and APAC-focused programmes.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute integrated customer engagement plans aligned to growth priorities.
Translate priorities into targeted programmes across priority accounts and segments.
Plan executive engagements, events, forums, roundtables, and account-based sessions.
Coordinate CAC sessions, executive roundtables and other CE/CXO platforms.
Curate executive engagement journeys combining thought leadership and Singtel capabilities.
Track relationships, leads and opportunities from senior-leader engagements.
Ensure governance, approvals and post-event reviews for continuous improvement.
