Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
• 6+ years of experience in B2B marketing, growth marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing.
• Proven success developing marketing programmes that deliver measurable commercial outcomes.
• Strong understanding of digital channels including paid media, SEO, email marketing, content marketing, and social platforms.
• Experience utilising CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms to drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with commercial objectives
• Create and optimise demand generation programmes to drive qualified lead acquisition
• Lead multi-channel campaigns across digital, content, events, Public Relations, and marketing automation platforms
• Collaborate closely with sales and customer success teams to enhance client engagement and retention
• Utilise customer insights, market intelligence, and campaign analytics to improve performance and ROI
• Partner with regional stakeholders to localise content, events, and brand initiatives for the Singapore market
• Track, analyse, and report marketing effectiveness, providing recommendations for continuous improvement
