Job summary

Singapore Management University (SMU) Executive Development (SMU ExD) is seeking a proactive administrator to lead the planning, scheduling and delivery of multiple executive education programmes. You will manage end-to-end delivery, including communications, induction, logistics, class coordination and post-programme activities, ensuring tasks and deadlines are met.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma with 3 years of substantial programme or project management experience in hospitality, events or higher education.
• Resourceful and meticulous in handling multiple issues concurrently while meeting tight deadlines.
• Able to multi-task and work independently and in a team setting.
• Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Interest in process improvement and efficiency.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel).
• Good interpersonal skills and immediate availability.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead administrator for planning, scheduling and delivery of multiple concurrent executive education programmes.
• Manage end-to-end programme delivery, including communication plans, participant induction, logistics, class coordination and post-programme activities.
• Provide responsive, high-quality service to clients, faculty, participants and team members.
• Facilitate clear and timely communication with clients and participants on pre-course preparations and during completion.
• Manage programme budgets with tracking, forecasting, expenditure monitoring and reconciliation.
• Other duties as assigned.
