Job summary

Goldman Sachs (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. seeks an Executive Director to lead equity & fund derivatives structuring for the retail business, including insurance products and retail funds.

You will interact with sales and clients as a product specialist and execute structured transactions across internal teams. The role emphasizes pricing, portfolio ownership, and expansion into new jurisdictions while coordinating with Technology and Operations on automation and document templates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Structured Products, Equity Derivatives, Structuring, Origination, or related markets.
• Strong analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Structure insurance products and QIS strategies.
• Interact with sales and clients as a product specialist.
• Execute structured transactions with Sales/Trading/Strats/Legal/Compliance.
• Create marketing material and analysis.
• Develop and maintain issuance programs and products for PIPG; mass issued portfolios and tailor-made securities.
• Pricing of insurance products, equity derivatives and hybrid structures.
• Own product portfolio and cost side for retail.
• Drive expansion into new jurisdictions and product types.
• Coordinate global automation initiatives with Technology and Operations.
• Work with Technology on document templates for issuance of Structured Products.
