Goldman Sachs Singapore is seeking an experienced Operations professional to support Asia FICC and Equity Sales & Trading desks, and other Operations groups. You will work with Clients, Sales and Trading desks to resolve complex issues and oversee risk across trade processing.

The role requires proactive, detail-oriented approach, stakeholder management, and strong problem-solving skills. You will collaborate with technology partners to improve workflows in a dynamic global firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in finance or related field.
• Proactive, detail-oriented with strong ownership.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative, with ability to influence a wide range of stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, discretion and sound judgment.

Responsabilités

• Support Asia FICC and EQ Sales & Trading desks and other Operations groups.
• Work with Clients, Sales/Trading desks and stakeholders to resolve complex questions.
• Oversee and manage operational risk across the trade processing lifecycle.
• Act as SME to mitigate risk, drive efficiencies and advise on complex matters.
• Manage real-time trade booking exceptions between Trading desk and Sales team.
• Collaborate with technology and business partners to enhance systems and workflows.
• Engage in industry and regulatory initiatives in a changing environment.
• Ensure processes are reviewed, risks managed and targets met.
