Job summary

Empower Partners Singapore is seeking an experienced Equity Derivatives Structurer to join our Singapore team. You will collaborate with sales, trading and quant groups to design and price equity derivative solutions for clients across the region.

The role combines pricing, model testing and product design with flow transaction execution and the structuring of bespoke solutions, while contributing to QIS initiatives with stakeholders internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Mathematics, Statistics, Quantitative Finance, Financial Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 6 years of experience within an investment bank with exposure to equity derivatives structuring, pricing or structured solutions.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with good programming ability.
• Experience working with sales and trading teams on derivatives products and transactions.

Responsibilities

• Work with sales, quant and trading teams on the structuring, pricing and execution of equity derivatives transactions.
• Analyse client investment needs and develop suitable product structures and solutions.
• Support the execution of flow derivatives transactions and assist with more complex, bespoke deals.
