Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking a seasoned Executive Director to lead Supply Chain Finance and Structured Working Capital products in APAC. You will drive end-to-end product life cycles, act as the voice of the customer, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, compliant solutions.

You will manage regional P&L, navigate regulatory requirements, and guide strategic initiatives across multiple markets, ensuring strong client outcomes and market leadership in the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Finance or related disciplines.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in Supply Chain Finance or related products.
• Deep expertise in SCF, Receivables Finance and SWC products.
• Senior leadership experience in Trade Finance product management.
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decisions.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive strategy for Supply Chain Finance and Structured Working Capital in APAC.
• Lead country and currency expansion in APAC and build best-in-class capabilities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to implement SCF/SWC strategy across regions.
• Lead regulatory, legal, and risk discussions to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Oversee P&L and drive revenue targets for APAC products.
