Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Finance or related disciplines.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in Supply Chain Finance, Receivables Finance or other Core Trade or Structured Working Capital products within a banking or financial services environment.
• Deep expertise in SCF, Receivables Finance and other SWC products within banking/financial services.
• Extensive senior leadership experience in Trade Finance product management.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements for Trade Finance.
• Experience delivering innovative client-centric solutions and commercialization.
• Strong project management and ability to drive initiatives end-to-end.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement with executives and regulators.
• Exposure to IT development projects and product lifecycle understanding.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive product strategy and vision focused on SCF and SWC to deliver value to customers.
• Leads country and currency expansion in APAC and builds out global capabilities.
• Lead cross-functional teams across regions to implement SCF/SWC strategy for APAC.
• Lead legal/tax/compliance discussions to ensure regulatory requirements.
• Provide executive governance, risk, and control environment oversight for product approvals.
• Ensure regulatory approvals and ongoing compliance through risk and compliance collaboration.
• Drive market research to identify customer needs and integrate innovative solutions.
• Roll out new systems/tech with Technology teams to enhance client experience.
• Serve as APAC executive point of contact for risk, regulators, and governance bodies.
• Coordinate OCC readiness and internal audit reviews for compliance and excellence.
• Manage P&L including revenue goals, cost allocations, and product initiatives.
