Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. on the Singapore trading floor seeks an Executive Director to lead client solutioning in structured commodities financing and derivatives from idea to execution. The role broadens across commodities sales and trading while building expertise in pricing, modelling, documentation and risk management.

You will apply knowledge of market drivers, risk, capital considerations and regulatory frameworks to support thoughtful execution across the transaction lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in commodities structuring.
• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities.
• Proven leadership in originating and executing complex transactions.
• Familiarity with documentation and structured financing/derivatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead structuring development, pricing, modelling and documentation of commodities‑linked solutions for origination and distribution.
• Originate and distribute structures, partnering with internal stakeholders and engaging clients with desk ideas.
• Understand drivers of markets and risk; establish competence with stakeholders and clients.
• Follow policies; serve as senior escalation point on trade design and execution risks.
• Build trust with stakeholders and clients by articulating desk ideas and being responsive.
• Prepare and oversee presentation materials, financial models, memos, and term sheets; work with legal.
• Oversee post-trade process; ensure accuracy of entries and adhere to internal controls.
