JD CENTRAL KITCHEN PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to oversee daily kitchen operations across multiple outlets in Singapore.

You will lead, train, and manage kitchen teams while ensuring consistently high quality, presentation, and brand standards. You will enforce food safety and hygiene compliance with SFA/NEA, manage inventory and food costs, and collaborate with front-of-house and management to address manpower and operational challenges.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years in a senior or management kitchen role in Thai/Economic Rice Cuisine.
• Proven experience as Executive Chef / Kitchen Head / Executive Cook.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work weekends, public holidays, and peak periods.
