Job summary

Executive Cook in Singapore, De Tian Holdings Pte. Ltd. leads the kitchen operation team to prepare and deliver quality products.

You will work with the kitchen team to maintain tacit understanding and efficiency, and assist the chef in daily cooking supervision. Ensure equipment and ingredients meet regulatory standards, and place orders when materials are insufficient. The role also covers ad-hoc duties and inventory reviews to estimate needed foods.

Responsibilities

• Lead the kitchen operation team to prepare and deliver quality product.
• Work with the kitchen team to maintain tacit understanding and work efficiency.
• Assist the chef ensure prepare or supervise cooking and other food preparation activities on a daily basis. If materials are insufficient, place an order asap.
• Assist in other ad-hoc operational duties where required.
• Review kitchen inventory and estimate what foods are needed.
