Job summary

Longbridge, a leading fintech-focused brokerage group, is seeking a senior finance leader in Singapore to own regulatory reporting, MAS submissions, and capital management. You will build and lead a small team, partner with regulators, auditors, and banks, and drive finance transformation across record-to-report and treasury functions.

You will oversee statutory reporting under SFRS(I), ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with Group Finance on consolidation and policy alignment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field; Chartered Accountant of Singapore (ISCA) required.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience, with 3 years in leadership of finance/regulatory reporting; MAS CMS licensee preferred.
• Hands-on with MAS financial returns; knowledge of SFRS(I) and IFRS; experience with group consolidation.

Responsibilities

• Own month-end and year-end close for Singapore entity with intercompany and reconciliations.
• Prepare statutory financial statements under SFRS(I); coordinate ACRA filings.
• Design and improve internal controls and SOPs across R2R and P2P; drive automation.
• Lead MAS financial regulatory reporting for CMS licensee; manage capital planning and MAS interactions.
• Oversee treasury, liquidity, and client money safeguards; support group finance initiatives.
• Lead budgeting, rolling forecast, and management reporting; advise on pricing and contracts.
