Job summary

DSV CONTRACT LOGISTICS PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Operations Champion to oversee warehouse and customer service functions.

You will lead a team to meet customer requirements, ensure ISO and 5S compliance, and drive continuous improvements through KPI monitoring and cost-saving initiatives. The role emphasizes analytical evaluation of performance metrics, process mapping for new requirements, and disciplined adherence to procedures, with opportunities to train staff and optimize operations

Qualifications
