Job summary

DSV CONTRACT LOGISTICS PTE. LTD. is seeking an Operations Executive/Administrator to support daily logistics activities in Singapore.

You will coordinate with customers and transporters to meet shipment delivery and collection requirements, prepare data reports, and perform cycle counts. Responsibilities include ensuring accurate shipment documentation, timely processing of incoming and outgoing shipments, and reporting non-conformances to the Operations Executive.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and liaise with customers/transporters on day-to-day issues to meet shipment delivery/collection requirements.
• Prepare data collection and submit accurate reports to the Operations Executive.
• Perform cycle count administration.
• Ensure all incoming (including exchanges and returns) and outgoing shipments are completed in a timely and orderly manner.
• Ensure all shipment documentation are accurate and submitted timely.
• Perform process improvement initiatives and implementation.
• Report to the Operations Executive on all receiving non-conformances.
• Perform day-to-day roles of the Operations Executive during his/her absence.
