Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily kitchen operations to ensure dishes meet company standards.
• Develop new dishes to ensure variation and quality.

• Conduct pre-operational and regular checks of the kitchen.
• Control labour through manpower scheduling and monitor leave.
• Ensure kitchen equipment functions and arrange repairs as needed.
