CHANG JIANG ECONOMIC RICE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced kitchen supervisor to manage daily operations for Chinese cuisine. You will lead a team to ensure timely, high-quality dish preparation while upholding food safety and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities include menu planning, cost control, waste reduction, equipment safety, and coordinating with outlets to maintain smooth service. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years in Chinese cuisine and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of experience in Chinese cuisine.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced kitchen as part of a team.
• Willingness to work 6 days per week.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth workflow.
• Cook and prep Chinese dishes to meet quality and presentation standards.
• Plan menus and manage food costs to optimize profitability.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness to comply with health regulations.
• Identify hazards and inspect equipment to ensure kitchen safety.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the outlet manager.
