Microsoft Regional Sales PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Customer Engagement Program Manager to lead executive briefings for the Experience Center Asia.

You’ll design high-impact agendas, align with sales teams, and deliver immersive briefings that deepen customer and partner relationships across enterprise accounts. You will collaborate with global sales teams to tailor content, speakers, and experiences, driving measurable business impact and accelerating cloud adoption while advancing

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement
• Strong interpersonal skills to work across groups from account executives to Senior Leaders
• Executive level communication skills – both written and verbal
• Foundational understanding of enterprise technology trends such as digital transformation and cloud computing
• Ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously and mitigate risks
• Self-starter who can lead opportunities and navigate ambiguity

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of executive briefings in partnership with account, content, speakers, and operations teams, prioritising the best possible customer experience and outcomes
• Drive the strategy and execution of the executive briefing program to achieve the Center’s business goals
• Drive demand for customer engagement programs with internal stakeholders and sellers, demonstrating benefits across the customer journey
• Continuously improve briefing programs using business intelligence and feedback to identify opportunities for impact
• Source the right speakers for engagements and maintain a healthy speaker pool
• Support inclusion of a global audience with understanding of political, economic, and cultural norms
• Build strong relationships with account teams and stakeholders to ensure regional alignment of go-to-market across industries
• Intentionally leverage AI, agents, and Voice of Customer signals to reduce manual effort and increase capacity
