Job summary

Born Group Pte. Ltd. seeks an experienced client leadership professional to drive customer experience solutions across the enterprise journey in Singapore. You will act as trusted advisor to clients, build CXO relationships, and shape multi-region deals with product, delivery and architecture teams to win large-scale transformations.

The role centers on expanding client strategy and delivering profitable growth in the SEA enterprise market through consultative selling and executive governance.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of Customer Experience solutions across the entire customer journey
• Proven expertise of nurturing and building large profitable client relationships
• Deep understanding of the SEA enterprise market especially around Experience, Commerce and Digital Marketing
• Demonstrated active listening skills, highly consultative and solutions-oriented
• Ability to manage a P&L, very good withnumbers
• Action oriented and goal focused
• Overall sales and client management experience of 17 years

Responsibilities

• Understand offerings deeply and pitch them toprospective clients
• Understand client strategy and vision and prepareclient expansion strategy
• Act as trusted advisor to clients
• Build CXO level relationships and present astrategic transformational partner
• Build partnerships with product principals andother partners in the region
• Shape deals to sell large scale solutions
• Prioritizes deals that are aligned to companygrowth strategy
• Conducts client governance and executive levelmeetings and pitches
• Collaborate with presales, delivery andarchitecture teams to ensure greatest winnability
• Build multi-prong relationship with clients todrive deal wins
• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, andsummarizing information.
• Makes efforts to stay current with industry education and practices
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishingrelated results as needed.
