Job summary

Well Smart International Investment, a Singapore-based group with operations in Singapore, Australia and New Zealand, invites fresh graduates to join a newly created role supporting procurement and admin. For the first six months you will focus on finding and comparing suppliers and following through to completion, with daily use of AI tools.

After six months we will review and decide the path: operations, project coordination, business development or China sourcing.

Qualifications

Professional-level Mandarin for reading Chinese-language documents and dealing with suppliers.
Fluent business English, spoken and written.
Hands-on use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or similar) for research and drafting.
Reliable follow-through and ability to track open items.
Honesty in handling supplier relationships and pricing.
Comfortable with a role that will evolve as you grow.

Responsibilities

Research and shortlist suppliers, obtain and compare quotations, and provide clear recommendations.
Deal with suppliers in Mandarin and English, and chase items until closed.
Help with general office administration (about 15-20% of role).
Use AI tools daily to research, compare, draft and organise information.
Take on new projects as the business grows.
