Recognised as a Top Employers Certified* organisation, we’re proud to be among the best workplaces in the region—celebrating an inclusive culture of excellence, growth, and well-being.

This role goes beyond traditional executive support. As EA to the CEO, you'll run the engine room of the CEO's day-to-day (calendar, travel, communications and admin) while also coordinating board-level engagements and stepping into business projects where you can add value. We're looking for someone with genuine curiosity about the business, who wants to learn how PropertyGuru operates and grow their scope over time, not just execute a fixed task list.

Calendar & Time Management

Proactively manage and coordinate the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, ensuring efficient use of time and resources. Anticipate scheduling conflicts and prioritise competing demands based on business impact, exercising judgement on the CEO's behalf.

Stakeholder Management & Communications

Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, managing correspondence, emails, phone calls, and messages in a timely and professional manner. Build working relationships with the CEO's direct reports, board members, investors and key external contacts so communications flow smoothly even when the CEO is unavailable.

Meeting Coordination

Organise and prepare for meetings, including booking venues, arranging necessary equipment, preparing agendas, and distributing meeting materials. Take and distribute minutes and follow up on action items.

Board & Governance Coordination

Coordinate the CEO's board and committee meeting calendar, working with board members' EAs to lock in dates well in advance. Manage all logistics for board engagements (travel, accommodation, venue, dial-in/video setup, and catering) for the CEO, visiting Board members and, where required, visiting directors.

Travel Management

Arrange and manage complex travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, ground transportation, and travel-related documentation. Handle changes and adjustments as needed, often at short notice.

Documents, Reports & Information Management

Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence. Maintain organised files and records, both electronic and paper-based, ensuring confidentiality and security.

Expense Management

Track and reconcile expenses, prepare expense reports, and manage the approval process. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Strategic Projects & Business Involvement

Participate in projects outside core EA duties where you can add value, spanning culture initiatives, offsites, town halls, or cross-functional work with the leadership team. Bring a genuine appetite to learn the business, PropertyGuru's markets, products and strategic priorities, so you can anticipate the CEO's needs rather than just react to them. Take on ad hoc pieces of work as they arise, with scope growing as trust and capability build over time.

Confidentiality & Discretion

Handle sensitive and confidential information including board, people and commercially sensitive matters with the highest level of discretion and integrity. Exercise sound judgement on what to elevate, what to handle independently, and what stays confidential.

We're looking for someone who has
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience supporting a CEO, C‑suite executive or board, with exposure to board administration or company secretarial processes an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and effectively with individuals at all levels of the organisation, including board directors and investors.
  • Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality across scheduling, document preparation and board pack collation.
  • High level of discretion, integrity and professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential information, including at board level.
  • Genuine curiosity about the business, comfortable stepping into project work beyond traditional EA scope and learning new areas quickly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and familiarity with calendar and travel management software.
Our commitment to you
  • Hybrid flexible working that focuses on outcomes over hours.
  • Holistic rewards package covering your financial, physical & mental health.
  • Multi-directional career development across all levels.
  • Inclusive benefits like equal paternity leave, supporting all employees in work-life balance.
  • Competitive salaries, progressive, comprehensive benefits.

Beyond the bottom line Our people are our biggest strength and we take pride in our Gurus First approach in the way we conduct business. We offer hybrid, flexible working arrangements, competitive salaries, progressive, comprehensive benefits, and foster a collaborative, inclusive, and open team culture.

In turn, our Gurus are driven by a purpose that goes beyond the bottom line. We’re committed to making sustainable, accessible living a reality for all. As part of our team, you’ll be working towards our vision: We power communities to live, work, and thrive in tomorrow’s cities.
