As we grow, we're looking for an Executive Assistant to support our CEO - keeping multiple plates spinning so he can focus on building the business. Meeting preparation: where necessary share a short briefing ahead of every meeting or call - who, what, why.
Inbox management: triage the CEO’s emails, flagging high-priority and time-sensitive items. Reply to or delegate messages on his behalf where appropriate.
Travel: book and manage both business and leisure travel, including flights, hotels, visas, ground transport, scheduling meetings, restaurant reservations for the CEO and his family.
Follow-through: track decisions and action items from meetings and chase stakeholders; ensure items are reported in a timely manner.
Personal errands: could be shopping, gifts, appointments, restaurant reservations, party planning and other lifestyle logistics.
Household management:. Ensure all tech items and plans are working effectively.
Other administrative work: filing expenses, managing paperwork as required for banking, health and travel insurance. Work to ensure all visa related matters are handled on time - for principal and all dependents (family members, helper).
Confidentiality: handle sensitive business information with discretion and protect the family’s privacy at all times.
Prior experience as an executive or personal assistant, ideally supporting a senior executive or UHNW family.
Strong Comfortable with high autonomy - proven judgment on what to decide yourself versus escape

Comfortable with technology and proficient with the Apple universe (iPhone, macbook, iMac and iOS)
Proficient with standard calendar, email, and travel-booking tools (e.g. Google Workspace/Outlook, travel platforms)
