Job description

Responsibilities

• Review monthly management accounts, perform financial analysis against budget and forecast on a monthly basis and explain variance and trend.
• Prepare annual budgeting and ad-hoc forecasting processes.
• Provide accounting support for business/operation teams and address business issues.
• Prepare reports for Group reporting purposes.
• Oversee statutory filings including financial statements and tax.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external auditors on reporting requirements.
• Participate in the execution of changes to procedures & policies, implementation of AI initiatives and systems to facilitate expansion, compliance, and scaling of the business.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree or professional qualification in Accountancy or CPA.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, preferably in listed companies and/or real estate sector.
• Good understanding of Singapore financial reporting standards SFRS(I).
• Excellent team worker with strong communication, people‑management and organisational skills.
• Able to work independently and effectively under pressure.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with IBM Cognos Controller, Planning Analytics, SAP, AI tools will be viewed favourably.
