Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a dedicated donor services assistant to manage donation boxes. You will place, collect, and replace boxes at various locations, plan monthly routes, and ensure timely collections while following safety protocols.

You will engage merchants and donors to build relationships, support fundraising events, and may work after hours, weekends, and public holidays occasionally.

Qualifications

• Class 3 manual driving license is required.
• 1–3 years of fundraising experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Place, collect and replace donation boxes at multiple locations.
• Manage collection routes and schedules to ensure timely collection and placement.
• Plan monthly collection and placement schedules.
• Follow safety protocols when handling donation boxes in public spaces.
• Engage with merchants and donors to foster relationships and promote the organisation's image.
• Support fundraising events.
• Occasionally work after office hours, weekends and public holidays.
• Undertake other duties as assigned by HOD.

Job Scope

• Plan the collection and placement of donation boxes schedule on monthly basis.
• Follow safety protocols when handling donation boxes in public spaces, to minimise risks.
• Engage with the merchant/donor to foster relationships, gather feedback, and promote a positive image of the organisation.
• Support fundraising events.
• To work after office hours, weekends and Public Holidays, occasionally.
• Undertake any other duties as and when assigned by HOD.

Job Requirements

• To have Class 3 driving license (manual) required
• Min. 1-3 years of relevant working experience in fundraising setting.
