Korn Ferry is seeking an Executive Assistant / Project Coordinator based in Singapore to support Senior Client Partners on CEO, Board and executive leadership assignments. The role involves coordinating opportunities, managing documentation, and maintaining core systems such as Searcher, Salesforce and PSA.
You'll liaise with clients, prepare proposals, manage calendars and travel, and assist with billing and business development.

Based in Singapore and reporting to our Senior Client Partners, you'll join a growing team as an Executive Assistant / Project Coordinator, playing an important role on key CEO, Board and executive leadership assignments for top listed, private equity and unlisted organisations.
This is a role with genuine breadth — you'll coordinate and manage the opportunities and engagements being executed by your Senior Client Partners, monitoring process, assuring completion of internal and external documentation, and maintaining our core systems (Searcher, Salesforce and PSA).
