Job summary

PAP Community Foundation in Singapore seeks a Programme Administrator to provide end-to-end administrative and financial support for our Programme operations. You will monitor budgets, maintain enrolment records across systems, coordinate therapy teams, and ensure data integrity for audits.

The role emphasizes teamwork, communication, and a proactive approach to supporting families and service delivery. Minimum 1 year of related experience and a Diploma or degree from a recognized institution

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and provide end-to-end administrative and financial support to ensure effective and efficient Programme operations.
  • Monitor, track, and support the utilization of budgets and costing, highlighting variances and supporting reporting where applicable
  • Administer and maintain accurate Programme case files, enrolment records, and registries across multiple systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance
  • Support the administration and coordination of Means Testing processes in accordance with organizational and regulatory requirements
  • Serve as a key coordination point with colleagues to ensure timely collation, verification, and submission of all Programme-related forms and documentation
  • Prepare, manage, and maintain comprehensive Programme documentation, ensuring readiness for audits, reviews, and internal meetings
  • Coordinate and liaise with Therapy Teams and locum professionals on intervention-related administrative matters to support seamless service delivery
  • Manage follow-ups with parents or caregivers on outstanding fees in a professional, tactful, and timely manner
  • Provide operational cross-support within the team, contributing to continuity, knowledge sharing, and process efficiency
  • Undertake additional operational or administrative duties as assigned by the Director

Job Holder Requirements:
  • Qualification: Diploma or degree from a recognized institution or equivalent

  • Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year(s) of working experience in related field
