Job summary
StarHub Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an Executive to assist customers in selecting our products and services, explain promotional packages, and handle feedback with a service-oriented approach. You will also support in-store housekeeping and ensure smooth daily operations.
The role requires a minimum of 1 year retail experience, good IT skills to navigate sales and service systems, and excellent communication. Weekend and public holiday shifts are part of a 5-day roster.
Qualifications
- GCE A/O/N level with minimum 1 year related working experience.
- IT savvy, to navigate sales & service systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Able to work retail shift hours including weekends and public holidays.
- Able to commit to a 5-day workweek based on roster.
