Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions in Singapore is seeking a customer-focused retail professional to build product knowledge and engage customers. You will handle inquiries, demonstrate features, and support events while maintaining service quality and achieving monthly sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high engagement level with customers; ensure quality standards for customer service
• Explain and perform product demonstration on the features and functions
• Provide support to Tradeshows / Roadshows
