WeAreAspire is seeking an experienced account leader to drive commercial growth across Singapore and APAC for a top global engagement marketing agency.

You will partner with clients, develop annual plans, identify expansion opportunities, lead proposals, and manage event budgets. The role demands 5+ years in account management within events/marketing and strong negotiating and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in account management or client success within events, hospitality, or marketing agencies.
• Proven experience managing major client portfolios, pitches, and event budgets.
• Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality preferred.

About the Role

Drive commercial growth for a top global engagement marketing agency. You will act as a strategic partner managing key regional accounts across Singapore and APAC.

Key Responsibilities

• * Account Strategy: Develop annual action plans, conduct needs assessments, and advocate for key clients internally.
• * Commercial Growth: Identify account expansion opportunities, lead proposal pitches/RFPs, and up sell event and communication solutions.
• * Team & Financial Oversight: Oversee project budgets, manage multi-functional project teams, and resolve commercial challenges smoothly.
• * Consultative Partnering: Act as a trusted advisor, translating client objectives into practical agency solutions.

Key Requirements

• * 5+ years in account management or client success within events, hospitality, or marketing agencies.
• * Proven experience managing major client portfolios, pitches, and event budgets.
• * Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
