Job summary

ex.search pte. ltd. is seeking an experienced Account Manager to translate ideas into live event experiences for leading brands in Singapore.

You will manage client relationships, pitch concepts, and oversee production, timelines, and budgets to deliver seamless campaigns. The role requires strong communication, presentation skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced live events environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma holder and above.
• Minimum 3 years of local event management experience.
• Possess strong project and account management skills.
• Able to multi-task and prioritize based upon event requirements.
• Confident and with good communication & presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as main point of contact for client; Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• To understand client’s objectives and to deliver client’s expectations within deadlines & agreed budget.
• To independently pitch for projects (from lead generation, proposal writing and presentation)
• and manage project (timelines, production, smooth execution and budgeting).
• To provide high level of client service.
• To source and manage partners/suppliers/third party vendors.
• To offer suitable solutions under high pressure situations/environment.
