• Eligible to work in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Plan and support events: venues, suppliers, guest lists, and on-the-day setup.
• Organise training and corporate visit programmes: itineraries, transport, venues, and participant materials.
• Support partnership projects: track progress, prepare documents, and follow up on deadlines.
• Maintain project timelines, trackers, and files.
• Be on site during events and programmes.
