Woopa Group is seeking an organised Projects Executive (Part-time) to support planning, coordination and delivery of programmes for schools, government agencies and commercial partners in Singapore.

You will work with the Senior Manager, Programmes & Partnerships, providing administrative support and contributing to new tours and content. Expect involvement from planning through execution with regular stakeholder updates.

Qualificações

• Diploma or degree in any discipline.
• Experience in tourism, education, events or project coordination is an advantage.
• Able to manage several small projects with little supervision.
• Clear written and spoken English.
• Interest in Singapore history and heritage.
• Commitment of 12-15 hours a week, with some flexibility for programme days.

Responsabilidades

• Act as day-to-day contact for schools, agencies and partners on routine matters.
• Prepare regular reports, including programme summaries and data.
• Take minutes at meetings and follow up on actions.
• Handle administrative work for the Programmes & Partnerships team (scheduling, filing, trackers, quotations, RAMS, attendance lists).
• Research and develop new tours and programme content (site visits, history, route planning, itineraries).
• Coordinate with operations, guides and vendors on logistics.
• Use AI tools for research, drafting, data analysis and workflows, ensuring accuracy.
