Hello Travel Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Projects Executive to support Have Halal, Will Travel (HHWT) events, training programmes, and partnership projects.

You will plan and coordinate initiatives, manage timelines, and be on-site during events and programmes. The role requires at least 1 year in events or project coordination, strong written and spoken English, and flexibility for evenings/weekends. About the role

Projects Executive role supporting events, training programmes, and partnership projects for Have Halal, Will Travel (HHWT), the largest travel and lifestyle platform for Muslims in Asia. You will plan and coordinate various initiatives while maintaining project timelines and being present on site during events and programmes.

Key responsibilities
