Job summary

Klein Blue Events is seeking an Event & Business Operations Executive to join our Singapore team. This hands-on role involves coordinating with venues, suppliers and partners, preparing quotations, and providing onsite support during events to ensure smooth execution.

Ideal candidates are proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable working with cross-functional teams. Fresh graduates are welcome, with Mandarin helpful for coordinating with Chinese-speaking clients and partners.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in events, business, marketing, hospitality or related discipline preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Event experience is an advantage but not compulsory.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Comfortable communicating with clients and suppliers.
• Resourceful and able to independently find solutions.
• Comfortable handling numbers, quotations and basic costing.
• Good English, Mandarin helpful for Chinese clients/partners.
• Open to learning new software and automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of corporate events, conferences, exhibitions and brand activations.
• Coordinate with venues, suppliers, freelancers, manpower and production partners.
• Prepare event documents, timelines, checklists, run sheets and project folders.
• Assist with client enquiries and understand basic event requirements.
• Prepare quotations and proposals using company templates and approved pricing.
• Provide onsite support during event setup, execution and teardown.
• Use AI and automation tools to improve daily workflows and company operations.
