JNR ENTERTAINMENT PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an Event Operations Coordinator to support pre-event logistics, on-site deployment, and post-event teardown. The role requires coordinating with venues, AV technicians, and vendors to ensure smooth execution.
The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in event operations, strong organizational skills, and the stamina to handle physical work. Flexibility for weekends and travel is essential.
Pre-Event Preparation & Logistics
Event Packing: Accurately pack event equipment, props, marketing collaterals, and inventory based on event pack-lists.
Inventory Control: Maintain, organize, and track event inventory/assets in the warehouse/storage area.
Vendor & Asset Coordination: Assist with loading and unloading materials safely into transport vehicles.
On-Site Execution
On-Site Deployment: Travel to event venues for setup, bump-in, and operational support.
On-Site Operations: Act as the ground contact during events to manage crowd flow, troubleshoot minor technical/logistical issues, and support team members.
Vendor & Client Support: Coordinate with venue managers, AV technicians, and external vendors on-site to ensure smooth execution.
Post-Event & Teardown
Teardown & Bump-Out: Lead or assist in the systematic dismantling and tearing down of event setups immediately after event conclusion.
Return & Audit: Load equipment, transport assets back to the warehouse, unpack, and audit items for damages or missing inventory.
Post-Event Report: Report any broken or missing assets and suggest operational improvements for future events.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in event operations, logistics, or ground execution (fresh graduates with a strong passion for events are welcome to apply).
Physical Stamina: Willing and able to handle physical work, including standing for long hours and lifting event equipment/boxes.
Flexibility: Willingness to travel to various event locations and work flexible hours, including weekends, early mornings, or late nights depending on event schedules.
Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset.
Attributes: Reliable, punctual, proactive, and a great team player who works well under pressure.
Bonus: A valid driver's license (e.g., Class 3) is a strong advantage for transporting event materials.
