The role focuses on managing logistics, upselling enhancements, maintaining billing accuracy, and leading event teams to deliver seamless experiences for guests in a luxury hotel environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in event management or related field.
• 2-year degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management or related major with at least 1 year event experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage event logistics and operations to ensure seamless progress.
• Coordinate with Sales, property departments and clients from pre-event to post-event.
• Upsell products and services to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Ensure billing accuracy and manage group room blocks and meeting spaces.
• Lead event management teams and coordinate with Sales & Marketing.
