Job summary

SSG HOTELS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a dynamic individual to manage event and room sales, ensuring seamless experiences for clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing inquiries from receipt to contracting, nurturing corporate accounts, and collaborating with departments to deliver outstanding service.

Responsibilities

• Manages all events & rooms sales enquiries, dealing from receipt of request to contracting and payment.
• Liaise with in-house departments for smooth execution and conversion of group business.
• Manage site inspections and coordinate all departments for a perfect showcase of the hotel.
• Identify and develop new potential accounts at least 2 per week.
• Develop sales plans to generate business from identified markets/accounts.
• Track individual transient, group and catering production goals for corporate accounts.
• Gather market intelligence regarding new product ideas and customer trends.
• Ensure prompt follow-up on incoming phone calls, site inspections, and inquiries.
• Manage DayAway, TagVenue and other platforms as required.
