Job summary

The St. Regis Hotels & Resorts Singapore seeks an experienced leader to oversee Event Management, including Planning, Banquets/Catering, Service and Technology.

You will ensure brand service strategies are implemented and events turnover smoothly from sales to operations and back to sales. Responsibilities include managing budgets, growing event revenues, leading teams, and delivering exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2-year degree in Hospitality or related major; 2 years in event management, F&B, sales or marketing preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities in a busy events environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversees Event Management operations and budgets.
• Reviews scheduled events with direct reports and resolves conflicts.
• Ensures groups are communicated to property operations and event teams.
• Works with culinary to ensure food handling and sanitation standards.
• Leads execution of brand service initiatives in event areas.
• Develops Event Management strategy aligned with brand business goals.
