JNR ENTERTAINMENT PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a hands-on Logistics Coordinator in Singapore to plan and oversee daily logistics for events and projects. You will manage transportation, equipment handling, and warehouse operations while coordinating a team of drivers, staff and contractors.

The role requires a valid Class 3 driving licence with Class 4 as an advantage; strong organisational and communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight event deadlines.

Formación

• Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence; Class 4 licence is an added advantage.
• Experience coordinating logistics teams, manpower deployment and transportation schedules.
• Familiar with event setup/teardown procedures, equipment handling and warehouse management.
• Physically fit for hands-on operational duties including lifting and moving equipment.
• Strong organisational, time management and multitasking abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with internal teams, suppliers and contractors.
• Basic proficiency in Excel, Word and inventory management tools.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, coordinate and oversee daily logistics and operational activities for events and projects.
• Manage transportation, delivery, collection, loading and unloading of event equipment and materials.
• Coordinate event setup and teardown to ensure timely and efficient execution.
• Manage warehouse operations including inventory control, equipment storage, stocktaking and maintenance.
• Ensure all equipment, props, furniture and materials are prepared, packed and delivered per event requirements.
• Coordinate and supervise logistics crew, drivers, part-time staff and external contractors.
• Prepare logistics schedules, manpower deployment plans, equipment checklists and delivery arrangements.
• Conduct site inspections and coordinate with event teams to understand logistics requirements.
• Ensure proper handling, maintenance and safe storage of company equipment and assets.
• Monitor equipment conditions, identify damages and arrange repairs or replacements.
• Liaise with suppliers, vendors and transportation providers for smooth operations.
• Troubleshoot operational challenges and provide immediate solutions during setup and execution.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and risk assessments.
• Monitor costs and optimise manpower, transport and equipment utilisation.
• Support events team during on-site operations when required.
• Perform other logistics and operational duties as assigned by management.
