Direct Search Global is seeking a reliable Logistics Assistant in Singapore to support daily logistics and transportation operations. The role involves delivering and collecting equipment and parts, transporting staff to designated sites, preparing shipping documentation, and coordinating with freight forwarders to ensure timely deliveries.

The ideal candidate should possess a valid Class 4 driving license and be willing to assist with various logistics and operational duties as required.

Formación

• Valid Class 4 driving license.
• Responsible, reliable, safety-conscious with a positive attitude.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and coordinate with colleagues and external parties.
• Willing to perform both driving and administrative duties.
• Experience in logistics, delivery or shipping documentation is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver and collect equipment, spare parts and materials using company vehicles.
• Transport staff to project sites and designated locations.
• Prepare import/export documentation and delivery records.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and carriers to track shipments.
• Ensure safe handling and delivery of equipment and materials.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and logistics activities.
• Support daily logistics operations and other departmental duties as required.
